Nokia 5G to be launched in collaboration with Proximus Luxembourg
In the recent tweet of Nokia they direct that the company has been selected for 5G deal to digitise the country with Proximus Luxembourg.

Nokia will supply its Air Scale RAN (s-RAN) portfolio for both indoor and outdoor coverage, including 5G RAN, Air Scale base stations and Nokia Air Scale radio access products. Proximus Luxembourg has also been awarded spectrum in the 700 MHz band for ultra-reliable, low latency communications and the 3.5 Gaz band for dense urban coverage. These solution will enable Proximus Luxembourg to build on its existing network leadership. It will deliver connectivity and capacity benefits to consumers at ultra-low latencies as well as reducing complicity and increasing cost efficiency.
According to the tweet, it is clear that Nokia software’s Net Act network management solution will securely manage Proximus Luxembourg’s network.
Gerard Hoffman, CEO of Proximus Lu. in a tweet said, “Luxembourg is a very dynamic and competitive market that represents mass opportunities in the 5G era across a range of verticals. Working together with Nokia, we want to encourage consumers and business to fully embrace 5G. And take advantage of the incredible opportunities it will bring to the country”.

Demonstrate its continued confidence in Nokia and our Technology. Nokia was also recently selected by Proximus Belgium for 5G.
